FAVORITE THING ABOUT BUSHI BAN: Bushi Ban has a strong sense of family and trust, and martial arts in general are a good way to relieve stress and relax.
WHAT DO YOU FEEL YOU HAVE LEARNED OR DEVELOPED OVER THE YEARS IN MARTIAL ARTS? The strongest thing I have learned has been discipline and self control. I have gained a stronger sense of self respect and respect for others.
