Dear Parents and Bushi Ban Students:
Just as a reminder!
With 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE, you may freeze your AAC account or tuition payment at it's current rate for a fee of $10 for EACH month it is frozen. You may cancel your account completely if you choose, but understand that there is a $40 activation fee to sign them back up on AAC.
To freeze or drop your account an 'add/drop' form must be filled out. Please contact the AF dojo front office to get a form (801.763.1132 or info@bushiban-utah.com).
If you fill out and turn in the form less than 30 days before the date of change we can not guarantee it will be processed before the next time you draft or owe tuition.

Freezing/Dropping Tuition
