1) Say "Yes Sir (or Ma'am)" when your name is called.
2) Stand up and bow in place.
3) Run to the center of the ring and bow again, to judges.
4) Assume Ready Position, saying, "Always ready SIR (or Ma'am)!"
5) From Ready Position, give your presentation:
"From (school location: American Fork, Cedar Hills etc), Utah; Representing Bushi Ban Karate; My name is ___________; My form is _____________. Permission to begin, Judges?"
6) Receive acknowledgment from judges to begin.
7) Attention Position and Bow, saying "Thank you, Judges." Bow again.
8) Start your form.
